North America: NRTL certification, FM, UL/cUL certification
Korea: KCs Mark recognition (KOSHA)
Korean National Certification Mark System (KCs Mark) was introduced from 1st January 2009.
China: NEPSI, CNEX, CCC certification
From October 1, 2020, CCC certification will be required for 17 explosion-proof electrical products. To obtain CCC certification, product conformity assessment and factory audit are required.
Taiwan: TS mark
According to the “Regulations on Registration of Safety Information on Machines, Equipment and Tools” released by the Ministry of Labor of Taiwan on October 22, 2014, electrical equipment used in an explosive atmosphere should be imported and distributed to Taiwan before being imported and distributed. , Type verification and registration required.
India: (PESO / CCOE)
You need to use IECEx certification and get PESO certification.
Brazil: INMETRO certification
To sell explosion-proof products in Brazil, you must obtain INMETRO certification in accordance with local law, Portaria 179: 2010.
・Evaluation and testing: INMETRO marking certification: Evaluate the explosion protection structure based on area classification according to the INMETRO guidelines.
・Quality audit: The INMETRO system requires that a quality assurance process and procedure be established and certified by a registration body to ensure that compliance of certified products is maintained.
Saudi Arabia: SASO certification
A Certificate of Conformity issued by a SASO-approved certification body is required.
United Arab Emirates: ESMA certification
Beginning August 1, 2017, electrical equipment used in explosive atmospheres must be type verified and registered before being imported or distributed in the United Arab Emirates.
South Africa: SABS certification
It is necessary to obtain SABS certification or MASC certification
